OUR MISSION

The Palm Project, organized by the Baldwin County Education Coalition, is a county-wide effort to stock each school’s “care closet” with essential items so students can focus on what matters most, their education. This serves as a confidential school-based resource available to students with identified need throughout each of our 44 Baldwin County Public School campuses. It is stocked with tangible items essential to reducing barriers in learning, enhancing academic achievement and supporting social-emotional development.

It also keeps our counselors and social workers free from spending their valuable time collecting these items from the community. Palm Project is made possible by the generous donations of civic organizations, businesses, foundations and community leaders.
